The Asheville gang will be having our December meeting at our "usual watering hole", Frank's Roman Pizza (Tunnel Road, Asheville location) 7pm. Everyone from the Chapter is invited to attend (Hey! We'll even take full NCS members). This month's meeting promises to be very memorable as we're inaugurating what we hope will become a regular event--our first annual Holiday Art Swap. Based on the SECNCS Art Swaps of the past, our little group will be exchanging originals (or other art type items) in lieu of Christmas gifts for everyone, or Secret Santas, or whatever you might expect from more normal folk.

If you want to join in the fun, just show up with an original to swap (or an art tool, book, prints of your work, etc.) and you'll get a numbered ticket. Place the upper portion of your ticket with your item and place the lower portion in the "Old Top Hat" and we'll draw (snicker) for prizes later in the evening. Sound like fun? Then come on out if you can make it!

There will, of course, be the usual round of "Pizza and Gossip"--but we'll tell everyone we were "Networking" if they ask.
